While choosing us as your hotel when you are in Udaipur please bear in mind that we are located around the famous Lake Pichola in the old City and only auto-rickshaw can come. The property is located very close to the main City Palace complex and one can enjoy exploring the beautiful narrow lanes of the old city, tourist shops, rooftop restaurants, and food joints, etc. The area is recently marked and conserved for a tourist heritage walk, further for your information like most of the other hotels around the lake Udaigarh also doesn't have private parking. The local Municipal parking is located nearby. Our front office will be there to help you with this.

Great value for money! A very pleasant experience, staff extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and make us at ease. You can not get a vehicle right up to the door but the staff come and collect your bags. Don't be put off by the passage to the front entrance as all you find inside is really positive. The markets in the streets adjoining are vibrant, colourful and interesting. The rooftop restaurant and swimming pool have the most incredible views of the lake. The Hotel and restaurant were used in the film 'The Exotic Marigold Hotel' because of its ideal setting.

Super Relaxing Place With a management team that cares about your experience this place was a real gem. We had a beautiful room, a tasty, if limited, choice of breakfast items. Udaigarth provides a very enjoyable time relaxing around the rooftop pool esp. after busy days being tourists-on-foot due to the great location. Would stay again.

Fantastic view of Lake Pichola! We stayed here for 3 nights and the plus points are location with great lake views, nice rooftop pool area, basic but substantial breakfast, large authentic clean room. The minus points are small in comparison but were our first impressions. The location on a narrow street near derelict buildings is a little off putting and it was in a fairly noisy area. So, although our first impressions weren’t good the hotel grew on us immensely by the time we left. The staff were all friendly and the guy on reception helped us arrange our car transfer to Jodhpur. Overall, if you want to be in a good place, less than 5 minutes walk to the City Palace, Gangaur Ghat and the pedestrian bridge over the lake this is a good place to stay.
